Elite Assist – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Elite Assist. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and communication programs. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Elite Assist
Elite Assist is a virtual assistant service provider offering administrative, organizational, and customer support solutions to individuals and businesses.

2. Services Provided

Elite Assist offers a range of virtual assistant services, including but not limited to:

• Email and calendar management

• Appointment scheduling

• Customer service support

• Data entry and reporting

• Online research

• Travel planning

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery

• Use services only for lawful purposes

• Refrain from abusive, illegal, or inappropriate use of our systems or team members

4. Payments and Billing

Clients will be billed based on the package selected or hourly rates agreed upon.

Payments are due in advance or as agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur fees or result in service suspension.

Refunds are only issued in cases of service failure as determined by Elite Assist.

5. Cancellations and Termination

Clients may cancel services with written notice (subject to individual package terms).

Elite Assist reserves the right to terminate services for any violation of these Terms or unethical conduct.

Any unpaid balances are due immediately upon termination.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Elite Assist agrees to keep all client information strictly confidential. All data shared with us will be protected in accordance with Canadian privacy laws. We will not share or sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created for the client during service engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. Elite Assist retains the right to use generalized, non-identifiable data for service improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elite Assist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ontario’s courts.

10. SMS Messaging Terms

a.) Program Description
Upon opting in to receive SMS notifications, users may receive updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers, account-related alerts, and other relevant messages from Elite Assist. Message frequency may vary based on your engagement.

b.) Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our shortcode. Upon sending "STOP", you will receive a confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again as you did initially.

c.) Help
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance or contact us at: [email protected]

d.) Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

e.) Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Contact your mobile provider for details on your text or data plan.

11. Changes to These Terms
